• Unparalleled view of the game from your private balcony overlooking the pitch

• Pre match address by club director & players

  Fixtures will be allocated on a first come first served basis

• Intimate facilities surrounded by club history and memorabilia

• Pre match address by club director & players

  Cost: £600 plus V.A.T per match, irrespective of numbers you choose to entertain

  TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MATCH DAY HOSPITALITY

All the above charges are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the standard rate of 20%

Bookings
Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days.
Written confirmation must be received within this time to avoid the facility being re-let.

Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled the following rates apply:

• Cancellation within 7 days - 50% of room hire charge
• Cancellation within 72 hours - 75% of room hire + catering costs.
• Cancellation within 24 hours - 100% of total charges.

 

Payment Terms

A deposit is to be paid, accounts must then be settled two weeks prior to the event.
