Blues Club Doctor, Dr. David Niblett, and Academy physio, Kelly Loftus, put the Blues Academy Coaches through a Medical Training refresher course at Goldington Road, before Academy training this week.

The session covered training on use of the spinal board, which is used to immobilise a player with any suspected neck or spine injury.  This is vital to protect the player from any damage caused by movement until a full assessment can be carried out.
