Bedford Blues season tickets for the 2014/15 Greene King IPA Championship campagin have been posted this week and should be with holders very very soon.

While every effort is made for your ticket to arrive quickly and safely, there is always the chance that it will take a little longer than expected. If you have not received your ticket by the weekend then please contact the club as quickly as possible so that we can address the issue.

There is only one place to be on a Thursday night and that is Goldington Road as Club Night launches once again this week after the summer break.

While the playing and coaching staff will be putting the finishing touches to their preparations for the wekend's encounter on the hallowed turf, the Scrum Bar will be opening up at 7pm for fans to come along and enjoy a drink and a catch up with fellow Blues while watching the players train.At around 8pm the big screen will be lowered and a re-run of the previous weeks clash - the six try victory over Old Albanians - will be aired.

Rugby fans will be able to apply for Rugby World Cup 2015 tickets next month, when they go on sale to the general public from September 12 – 29. Up to one million tickets will go on general sale next month through the official Rugby World Cup 2015 ticketing website tickets.rugbyworldcup.com. All 48 matches will go on sale and fans will be able to apply for up to four tickets for each match, and at 15 matches across the country you will be able to purchase up to 15 tickets. 

Bedford Blues got their pre-season friendly campaign off to the best possible start with a six try victory over near-neighbours Old Albanians.

1167 fans came to Goldington Road on Friday night to see the home side win 40-5 with Steve Ellis and Joe Vandermolen scoring two tries apiece while James Currie and Paul Tupai also dotting down. Sam Lunnon scored a consolation try for the visitors who put in a fine shift throughout the 80 minutes.

With BT it used to be a case of “It’s Good To Talk”, but nowadays it is even better to watch! BT Sport has arrived at Goldington Road, in addition to Sky Sports, and Bedford Blues fans will be able to take full advantage in all of the bars around the ground.  

Starting on Saturday 6th September with two live Aviva Premiership matches in the scrum bar on BT Sport and one live academy match vs Cambridge RUFC Under 21s on the Goldington Road pitch!
