Worst Rugby Moment: Spraining my ankle a week before colts national cup semi final 

Biggest Influence: Probably my old captain at Southend, mentally tough and had some intense pre match speeches, any given Sunday every Saturday. 

Favourite Ground: Goldington road! 

Favourite Food: Love thai food, nice pad thai and yellow curry 

Favourite Film: Goodfellas 

Favourite Band: Mumford and Sons 

If I wasn't a rugby player I'd be... a boxer, did it when I was younger but liked food too much and couldn’t keep the weight down.

Strength: Darren Fox, although I did beat him on one lift 

Pace: Carlin Isles- American sprinter turned rugby player, runs 100m in 10.13

Maintaining possession: Kieran Read, never seems to make a mistake 

Mauling: Mike Howard, complete work horse, in attack and defence 

Ball carrying: Sebastian Chabal, looks like an extra from 300, would never be an easy tackle

Cleaning out the ruck: John Botha, good positioning and hits anything and everything 

Closing down the opposition: Courtney Lawes, all round athlete that loves sticking his head into a tackle  

Supporting backs: Jamie Heaslip, good eye for the line and is always there if the backs don’t fancy it
