MATCH PREVIEW V RICHMOND

Round five of the Greene King IPA Championship sees Bedford Blues returning to Goldington Road to host league new boys Richmond on Saturday afternoon.

While a win has proven elusive so far this season, the Blues have seen huge improvements on the field and they will be looking to progress one step further this weekend.

But Bedford know that they are in for a huge challenge as Richmond, who are also to get a win under their belt this season, will have set their own target heading into the game.

The Blues make four personnel changes to the team that ran Doncaster close last weekend with all the changes coming up front. Jack Culverhouse and Jacob Fields come into the front row in place of Hayden Thompson-Stringer and George Edgson while Ed Taylor and Josh Buggea return to the starting line-up for Will Carrick-Smith and Jason Hill. Ben Adams moves to number eight while Sam James, Christian Judge and Tom James come in on the replacements bench.
