MATCH PREVIEW V DONCASTER KNIGHTS

Bedford Blues return to Championship action this weekend with the always difficult trip to Castle Park to face Doncaster Knights.

Morale is high around Goldington Road following a bonus-point win over Nottingham last weekend, but the Blues are in no doubt that Saturday's encounter against the Knights will be anything but a huge challenge.

Rich Lane returns to the starting line-up replacing Howard Packman who suffered a hamstring injury against Nottingham last week while Harry Sheppard gets the nod at fly half in place of Will Hooley. Up front, Alex Penny starts at tighthead prop replacing Ben Cooper who suffered a concussion in training this week, Jordan Onojaife starts in the second row with Ed Taylor suffering an elbow injury and Paul Tupai starts at blindside flanker with Alex Rae moving to the bench. There are two noteable returns to the bench with Josh Buggea coming in for his first outing this season and Tom Lindsay has recovered from a knee injury to come back into the squad.
