Jessica Zaremba, Macmillan Regional Fundraising Manager for Bedfordshire said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with Bedford Blues for their annual ‘Ladies Day’. We hope to build on the success of last year’s event which helped to raise £7,000 for people with cancer in our region.”

“This money could help to run a large Macmillan information and support centre or fund a Macmillan nurse for several weeks. Macmillan receives no government funding and relies on generous donations from the public which is why we’re encouraging everyone to take part this year.”

Tickets for the match are available to purchase online or on the gate, but the 2-for-1 offer only applies to tickets bought on the day.
