Bedford Blues Community have taken the decision to move didi rugby classes to Sunday mornings from this weekend after its first trial term in the summer.

The transition to Sunday mornings, at the same time periods and great coaching, has been taken to allow parents a more routine pathway into junior rugby which also takes place on Sunday mornings. The switch in day avoids other competition classes for toddlers and makes logistics easier for the club.

Didi Rugby are committed to bringing our sport to the ages of 18 months to 6 years old, restarting this Sunday 10th September between 9am – 11am in the Scrum Hall at Goldington Road and will run every week in the same time slot and venue.

To book please call Vicky McQueen on 07812 082375 or email Vicky@didirugby.com.

Timings for each age group session are below:

·         9 – 9:40 (18 months -3 years)

·         9:40 – 10:20 (4-6 years)

The classes are multi skills based activities delivered through the tool of rugby with the simple aim to get children active, whilst enjoying themselves. Each session aims to instill fun, confidence and activity levels and developing the basic fundamentals of fitness and movement such as balance, coordination, agility and more. Children also learn the core RFU values; teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship.
