The Blues Academy made their Annual Player Awards at their End-of-Season Dinner at Goldington Road on Friday April 25th.

Seen with Academy DIrector, Denis Ormesher, and Blues President Gareth Davies, who presented the awards, are fly half Cameron Gregory-Ring (Most Improved Player), hooker Josh Taylor (Player of the Year) and full back Scott Lyle (Young Player of the Year).  

The Academy Awards have been won by some illustrious players in the past, with Duncan Taylor and Will Chudley being past winners of the Player of the Year award, and Ali Price, Corey Hircock and Duncan Taylor all being winners of the Young Player of the Year award.  Last year's winner of the Young Player award, Aaron Morris, was named on Friday in the England Under 20 squad to play in the Word Cup in New Zealand in June.
